Privacy Policy
How Signal Vector handles account, billing, analytics, AI processing, and public App Store review data.
Overview
Signal Vector provides App Store review intelligence, opportunity scoring, saved research workflows, billing, and account access. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the website and product.
By using Signal Vector, you understand that we process account information, product usage data, billing records, and public App Store review data to operate the service.
Information we collect from you
When you sign in, we collect account information such as your name, email address, avatar, authentication provider, and account identifiers supplied through the sign-in process.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment processor. We store billing status, subscription tier, customer identifiers, plan identifiers, renewal dates, and related subscription metadata, but we do not store full card numbers.
When you use the product, we may store saved opportunities, search and filter preferences, monitored categories, workspace settings, and product interactions needed to provide the dashboard experience.
Public App Store data
Signal Vector analyzes publicly available Apple App Store information, including app metadata, ratings, review text, review titles, reviewer display names where available, countries or storefronts, timestamps, and app version information.
Public review data may contain personal information if a reviewer chose to include it in a public review. We use that information only to provide review intelligence, evidence snippets, clustering, scoring, monitoring, and related product features.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide the dashboard, save research workflows, process subscriptions, maintain security, detect abuse, improve product quality, generate review clusters and summaries, and communicate service-related updates.
We may use aggregated or de-identified product analytics to understand which workflows are useful, improve onboarding, and prioritize product development.
AI processing
Signal Vector uses model-assisted processing to classify reviews, generate embeddings, cluster complaints, score opportunities, and summarize recurring patterns. Review text, app metadata, and derived research context may be processed for these purposes.
We avoid including account identifiers, payment information, or authentication secrets in model-processing requests when they are not needed for the requested processing.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run the product, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payment, email, security, and model-processing providers.
These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to us, comply with law, secure the product, or support the features you use.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Signal Vector, comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, process payments, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We may disclose public App Store review data and derived non-personal insights in the product because that information is part of the review intelligence service.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and analytics. Some cookies are necessary for the product to work. Analytics data helps us understand product usage and improve the service.
Retention
We keep account, billing, and workspace information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Public App Store review data and derived market intelligence may be retained for historical trend analysis unless we decide it is no longer useful or legally appropriate to retain.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or opt out of certain disclosures.
To make a privacy request, start from Account Settings. Data export requests are prepared through a private download link. Account deletion requests may cancel active billing, remove workspace data, and sign you out. Some requests may stop for manual review when we need to verify ownership, billing, legal, security, or workspace membership details.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should keep your sign-in account secure, protect your devices, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children
Signal Vector is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page, providing in-product notice, or sending an account email where appropriate.
